FCIL is managed by a Board of Directors and Board is headed by the Chairman and Managing Director. Board of Directors frames policies, directs the various activities of the company and undertakes any other activities for growth of the company.
Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the organisation with responsibilities for general conduct, supervision and management of day to day business of the company.
Principal Executives oversee the various functions of the management and assist the Chairman and Managing Director. Most of the employees having been left through VSS, only hand full of employees are on role to look after the assets of the company.

Ms Aneeta C. Meshram, Additional Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, is holding the additional charge of the Chairman & Managing Director, Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) w.e.f. 8th November, 2024.
Ms Meshram is a 1996 batch of IAS officer of UP cadre. She also serves in the capacity of Government Nominee Director on the Board of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited w.e.f. 13th November 2022. She has held various positions in Government of Uttar Pradesh and Government of India. She has varied and rich experience in Government, in different positions, and has great managerial capabilities.
Shri Naresh Arya has been appointed as Director (Finance) w.e.f 30th April, 2024 on the Board of FCIL. He is presently working as Director in Fertilizer Industry Coordination Committee (FICC) in the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of India, Director (Finance) in the Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL). He also serves in the capacity of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) and Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL).
He has also worked in the commercial wing of Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG), Department of Expenditure, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, Department of Personnel and Training and Department of Commerce. He possesses wide experience in Government accounts and finance, costing, trade remedy laws, audit, establishment etc.
Shri H.Chinzason has been appointed as Government Nominee Director w.e.f 01st November, 2024 on the Board of FCIL. Presently, he is working as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, New Delhi. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from University of Delhi in the year 1991. He has also worked in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Ministry of Development of North-Eastern Region (DoNER), Ministy of Telecommunications and Ministry of Tribal Affairs. He has a rich experience of more than 29 years.
Shri Mohan Lal Meena has been appointed as Government Nominee Director w.e.f. 01st November, 2024 in the Board of FCIL. He is an MA and a B.Ed . Presently, he is working as Deputy Secretary, Department of Fertilizer, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
